Brand Identity Design
Your brand is the first thing
investors judge you on.
A brand system isn't a logo. It's a set of decisions that work across your deck, your website, your one-pager, your email signature, and every investor touchpoint you'll ever use. We build it to be coherent everywhere — not just beautiful in one place.
Founders think about brand in terms of customers. Investors are also an audience — and they read visual signals differently. We build brand identity design that positions you credibly in front of both.
We don't hand off a brand guidelines PDF and leave. The system gets applied to your deck and primary materials as part of the engagement, so you see it working immediately — not just in theory.
Who Is This For
Pre-Seed & Seed Founders
You're building something new and you need to look the part. At this stage, most founders either rush the brand (a quick logo, a free template) or over-invest before the business has found its footing.
We help you build focused brand identity design that looks credible in front of early-stage investors — without the cost or timeline of an enterprise agency engagement. You get a system you can actually use and build on.
VC-Backed & Growth-Stage Companies
You raised your seed round with an early brand that served its purpose. Now your company has grown — new hires, new markets, new investor conversations — and the brand is showing its age.
We rebuild or refine brand identity design for VC-backed and growth-stage companies that have outgrown their original brand but aren't ready for a full rebrand. The goal is coherence: making everything you put in front of investors and customers look like it came from the same company.

The Process
How a project works
Discovery Call
We start with a call to understand your company, your positioning, your audience, and what you currently have. We look at your competitors, your space, and where your brand identity design needs to go.
Brand Direction
We develop 2–3 distinct visual directions for you to review — each with a logo concept, color palette, and typographic approach. You choose a direction and we refine from there. No starting from scratch after this point.
System build
We build out the full brand system: complete logo suite, color and typography specifications, usage rules, and application to your primary materials. You get two structured revision rounds.
Final Delivery
You receive the full brand guidelines document, all logo files in every format, and your brand applied to the agreed deliverables. IP transfers to you on payment — the brand is yours entirely.
Timeline note:
Brand identity design projects are available in three packages — scope and timeline depend on the package and deliverables. Speak to us on the discovery call and we'll recommend the right fit.
What’s included
Our Clients Say It Best.
Full brand systems. A logo without usage rules, a color system, and typographic guidelines isn't a brand — it's an asset without a framework. We build complete brand identity design systems that tell you and your team exactly how to use every element, so your brand looks consistent whether it's on a slide, a website, or a business card.
Yes — in fact, that's often why founders come to us. We build brand identity design that carries across your pitch deck, one-pager, website, and every investor-facing material, so everything looks like it came from the same team. The deck is typically included as an application deliverable in the engagement.
Yes. If the logo works, we keep it and build the color system, typography, and usage rules around it. If the logo is part of the problem, we'll tell you — and we can redesign it as part of the engagement.
We start with a positioning session before anything visual is built. Brand direction follows business direction — if you're not sure how to position the company yet, the visual system will reflect that uncertainty. We help you get clear on positioning first, then build the brand identity design to express it.
Investors read visual signals as proxies for judgment. Inconsistency signals carelessness. A generic look signals that the team didn't think deeply about differentiation. A brand that feels considered — where the visual choices reflect the company's positioning — signals that the people behind it have strong opinions and know how to execute. That's what we build toward.
Timeline depends on the package. Essentials moves fastest; Full Brand is a more extended engagement. We'll walk you through the options on the discovery call and set a clear timeline based on your package and any deadlines driving it.
Yes. We work with founders and funded teams across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Remote-first, timezone-flexible, with structured review sessions at agreed times.
