Sales & Executive Presentations

The sales deck stays in the room after you leave. We build presentations that hold up under skeptical buyers, distracted stakeholders, and people who’ve seen a hundred decks that looked just like yours.

Board presentation design by Next Figures

The Differentiator

Most sales decks are built by sales teams who know the product and assume the audience cares as much as they do. Most executive presentations are built by ops teams at midnight before a quarterly review.

We bring the same narrative rigor and design discipline we apply to investor decks — to the sales presentation design your teams use every day to sell, align, and lead. The result is a deck that does its job: moves the conversation forward, and leaves the room ready to act.

Built to persuade,

not just inform

There's a difference between a deck that presents information and a deck that drives a decision. We build the second kind — structured around the outcome you need from the room, not the information you want to share.

Adapts across audiences

Sales decks need to work with procurement, with C-suite, and with end users — often with the same slides. We build decks that lead with the right message for each audience without requiring you to maintain six versions.

Looks like your brand, works like a tool

Your sales deck is going to be used in hundreds of meetings. It needs to look polished and stay on-brand every time. We design master decks with enough structure and flexibility for your team to customize for each meeting without breaking the design.

Who Is This For

Built for executives presenting to the people who hold them accountable

Whether it’s a routine quarterly update or a pivotal strategic decision, the quality of your board presentation design reflects on your leadership. We make sure it reflects well.

Founders & VC-Backed Sales Teams

If you're a founder running your own sales process, or a VC-backed team pitching enterprise clients and commercial partners, your sales deck is one of the most critical assets in your business. Investors have already bet on you — now the deck needs to close the commercial deals that justify that bet.

We work with founders, heads of BD, and sales leaders at funded companies — building sales presentation design that makes the story clear, handles objections proactively, and makes it easy for your team to run a great meeting regardless of who's in the room.

Executives & Leadership Teams

If you're keynoting a conference, presenting a company strategy to your leadership team, or building the all-hands deck that sets the tone for the year — the quality of that presentation reflects directly on your leadership.

We work with CEOs, CMOs, and executive directors who need their presentations to match the standard of the messages they're delivering. Not just functional — genuinely impressive.

What's included in every project

The Process

How a project works

Step 1

Discovery Call

We start with a call to understand the audience, the objective, the format (live presentation, leave-behind, or both), and what currently exists. For sales decks, we want to understand the sales cycle and where the current deck is losing the room.

Step 2

Narrative Framework

We map the presentation structure around the outcome you need. For sales decks, this means sequencing around the buyer's decision process. For executive presentations, this means sequencing around the decisions the room needs to make. You review and align before design starts.

Step 3

Design Rounds

We build the full deck and share it for feedback. You get two structured revision rounds. If there's a meeting, conference, or deadline driving the timeline, we plan the project around it.

Step 4

Final Delivery

You receive all formats. For sales decks, we build a master template your team can use independently. IP transfers to you on payment.

Timeline note:

Sales presentation design engagements are scoped and billed hourly. Speak to us about your project on the discovery call and we'll give you a clear estimate.

What's the difference between a sales deck and a pitch deck?

A pitch deck is designed to raise capital — the audience is an investor, and the goal is a term sheet. A sales deck is designed to close a commercial deal — the audience is a buyer, and the goal is a signed contract. The narrative structure, the objection handling, and the design tone are different. We build them as separate formats because they serve different purposes.

Can you design a sales deck that works for multiple buyer audiences — procurement, C-suite, and end users?

Yes — and this is one of the most common briefs we receive. We build master sales decks with a clear core narrative and modular sections that can be emphasized or de-emphasized depending on who's in the room. You maintain one master deck instead of six variants, and your team knows exactly how to adapt it for each meeting.

We have a sales deck that's not converting. Can you redesign it?

Yes. We start with a narrative review of what you have — not just a visual critique. In most cases, decks that aren't converting have a structural problem, not a design problem. The story isn't sequenced around the buyer's decision process, objections aren't handled proactively, or the ask comes too late. We fix the narrative first, then the design.

Can you build a master template that our sales team can edit themselves?

Yes. We can design the master deck with structured slide layouts and clearly defined editable zones — so your team can update content for each meeting without accidentally breaking the design. We include a brief handoff guide for the team.

Do you design conference keynotes and external speaking decks?

Yes. We work with executives who are presenting at industry conferences, company events, and media appearances. Keynote presentations have different design requirements from sales and investor decks — more visual, less text, designed to work at scale on a large screen. We build for the environment.

Do you help with executive alignment presentations — strategy, annual planning, all-hands?

Yes. We work with leadership teams who need their internal communications to be as polished as their external ones. Strategy decks, OKR presentations, and all-hands materials all benefit from the same narrative rigor and design discipline we apply to external presentations.

How do you handle NDAs and confidentiality?

We sign an NDA before any files are shared. Sales materials often contain pricing, competitive strategy, and customer information — we treat all of it with the same confidentiality we apply to investor documents. IP transfers to you fully on payment.
