Pitch Deck Design
Strategy first.
Design second.
We work through the logic of your business before we touch the layout. Investors notice when the story doesn't quite add up — we make sure yours does.
We work within your existing brand guidelines and elevate them. Your deck should feel unmistakably like you — not like every other pitch that landed in an investor's inbox this week.
PowerPoint, Figma, Google Slides, and a clean PDF send-out — all delivered as part of every project. The live pitch version and the email version are different documents. We build both
Who Is This For
Pre-Seed
You're raising on vision and team. There's no traction yet, no product in market, and investors are betting on you as much as the idea.
The deck needs to communicate the opportunity clearly, frame the problem in a way that feels urgent, and leave a clear reason to take the next meeting. We build the narrative from scratch — market framing, problem clarity, solution logic, founder credibility, and a compelling ask.
Seed
At seed, you have early proof — initial users, a working product, or first revenue. The story is no longer just vision: it needs to show momentum without overstating it.We help you frame what you have honestly and compellingly, structure the narrative around what seed investors actually look for, and design a deck that feels polished enough to belong in front of institutional capital for the first time.

The Process
How a project works
Discovery Call
We start with a 45-minute call to understand your business, your round, your timeline, and what you already have. No intake form, no automated onboarding — a real conversation with the people who will build your deck.
Narrative Framework
Before design starts, we map your story. We send you a slide outline with the narrative logic for each section — what goes where, and why. You review and align before we touch a single design file.
Design Rounds
We build the full deck and share it for feedback. You get two structured revision rounds. We're responsive throughout — if you have a roadshow coming up, we work around your timeline.
Final Delivery
You receive all formats: PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and PDF. Files are fully editable. IP transfers to you on payment. Your deck is yours — we don't reuse it, repurpose it, or share it as portfolio work without your explicit permission.
Timeline note:
Standard projects are delivered in 10–14 business days. Rush turnaround is available — speak to us about your timeline on the discovery call.

Our Clients Say It Best.
Both. Every project includes slide copy refinement — we work through what each slide needs to say, tighten the language, and make sure the narrative holds up before design begins. If you come to us with a deck full of dense text, we help turn it into clear, concise slides. If you're starting from scratch, we help structure the story first.
Yes — and we prefer it. Brand alignment is built into every project. We work within your existing visual identity (colors, typography, logo usage) and elevate it for the pitch context. Your deck will feel like your brand, not like a generic pitch template.
We can work with either of them, plus a clean PDF. Every project includes one format as source file. The live pitch version and the email send-out version are built as separate documents because they serve different purposes.
Standard turnaround is 14-21 business days from the point the narrative framework is signed off. If you have a roadshow or investor meeting coming up, tell us on the discovery call — we work around real deadlines and rush delivery is available.
Absolutely. We can sign an NDA before any files are shared.Everything you provide is kept strictly confidential, never reused, and never shared with other clients. Full IP ownership transfers to you upon payment if requested.
Yes. We work with founders who need a single core deck that can be adapted for different audiences — investors, corporate partners, accelerator applications. We build the master version and help you identify which sections to adjust per audience.
