Series A & B Deck
The story changes at Series A.
So does the audience.
Series A investors have seen thousands of decks. We build yours to hold up under that level of scrutiny — anticipating the pushback before it comes, and answering the hard questions before they're asked.
Most founders who come to us at Series A have a deck that's full of good content in the wrong order. We don't redesign what you have — we reposition the story around what Series A investors are actually evaluating.
If you're raising a B, your A deck still exists in the room. We make sure your new narrative builds on your track record instead of contradicting it.
Who Is This For
Built for founders who've proven it, and need to scale it
You have traction. You have revenue or strong retention. The business works. Now you need a deck that proves it to people who've seen every version of this story before.
Series A
You've closed your seed round and you're back in market. The product is live, you have early metrics, and investors now want to see that the unit economics hold and the growth is real.
The narrative has to graduate from vision to evidence. We restructure your story around the metrics that matter at Series A — CAC, LTV, retention, burn, and a clear path to the next milestone — and design a deck that looks like it belongs in front of a top-tier VC.
Series B
At Series B, the business is working and you need to show why now is the moment to pour fuel on it. The deck needs to move from "this works" to "this scales" — and the investors in the room have the pattern recognition to tell the difference.
We help you frame your growth levers, market expansion thesis, and operational maturity in a way that earns conviction from investors who've backed companies at your stage before.

The Process
How a project works
1 day
Discovery Call
We start with a 45-minute call to understand where you are in the raise, what you have, what's not landing, and what the investors in your target set are actually looking for. We come prepared — we research your space before the call.
3-5 days
Narrative Framework
We map your growth-stage story. You get a slide outline with the narrative logic for each section — what metrics go where, how the story sequences, and where the hard investor questions will come. You review and align before design starts.
5-7 days
Design Rounds
We build the full deck and share it for feedback. You get two structured revision rounds. If your roadshow timing is tight, we work around it.
1 day
Final Delivery
You receive all formats: PowerPoint, or Figma, or Google Slides, and PDF. Files are fully editable. IP transfers to you on payment. Your deck is yours — we don't reuse, repurpose.
Timeline note:
Standard projects are delivered in 14–21 business days. Rush turnaround is available — speak to us about your timeline on the discovery call.

Our Clients Say It Best.
At seed, the story is vision-first — you're selling potential. At Series A, investors want evidence. The deck needs to show that your model works, your metrics are healthy, and your growth is defensible. The structure, the emphasis, and the level of rigor required are fundamentally different. Most seed decks need significant restructuring to work at Series A — not just a design refresh.
We start by reviewing what you have. In most cases, the core story is there — but it's framed for the wrong audience. We restructure it around Series A investor expectations rather than rebuilding from zero. That said, if major sections need to be rewritten, we do that too.
The standard set includes CAC and LTV, monthly/annual recurring revenue and growth rate, retention and churn, burn rate and runway, unit economics, and a clear path to the milestones that justify the raise. We help you decide what to show, how to frame it, and how to visualize it in a way that's clear without oversimplifying.
Yes — this is one of the most common situations we work on. If your business has evolved since your seed deck, the Series A narrative has to explain that evolution without making investors question your earlier decisions. We help you frame the shift as a sharpening of focus, not a change of course.
We don't build the financial model itself — that's your work. But we help you figure out which numbers to show, how to sequence them, and how to visualize them in a way that holds up under investor scrutiny. We push back if something looks unclear or raises more questions than it answers.
We sign an NDA before any files are shared — not after, not on request. Before. Your materials are never reused as templates, shown to other clients, or referenced for other projects. IP transfers to you fully on payment.
Standard turnaround is 14–21 business days from the point the narrative framework is signed off. If you have a live roadshow or a partner meeting locked in, tell us on the discovery call — we work around real deadlines.
Yes. Most of our growth-stage clients are raising in New York, San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles, and Miami. We work remotely, across time zones, with structured review sessions at agreed times.
