Investor Relations Deck
Consistency builds confidence.
Confidence retains capital.
We establish the visual framework and story structure once — then maintain it across every earnings cycle, investor day, and ad hoc update. Your investors should recognize your deck before they read a word.
Earnings presentations need to work for retail shareholders, institutional investors, analysts, and the press — often at the same time. We design for that range without losing clarity for any of them.
IR decks live and die by their data slides. We design financial data visualizations that communicate performance clearly — making it easy for your investors to see what's happening without having to interpret dense tables.
Who Is This For
Public companies/
Corporate IR teams
If you're publicly listed or preparing to be, your IR communications are under scrutiny from analysts, institutional shareholders, and the market.
The quarterly earnings deck, investor day presentation, and AGM materials all need to look like they were built by the same team — because inconsistency signals instability.
We work with IR teams, CFOs, and heads of communications who need their investor relations presentation design to look as polished as the business they're representing.
PR & VC-Backed Companies
If you have institutional investors on your cap table, you're already in an ongoing reporting relationship. Board packs, LP updates, and investor day decks need to reflect the professionalism your backers expect — and give them confidence that the team behind the slides is operating at the same level.
We work with portfolio company teams and fund managers who need their quarterly and annual investor communications to look consistent, clear, and credible.

The Process
How a project works
Discovery Call
We start with a call to understand your investor base, your reporting cadence, what you currently use, and where the friction is. For ongoing retainer clients, this becomes an annual strategy session.
Narrative Framework
We establish the story structure and design framework for your IR materials. For quarterly decks, this step is shorter because we're working within an established framework. For new engagements, we build it from the ground up.
Design Rounds
We build the deck and share it for feedback. You get two structured revision rounds. Earnings season timelines are tight — we plan around your reporting calendar.
Final Delivery
You receive all formats. For retainer clients, we maintain the master template and deliver each quarter's update as a clean, version-controlled file. IP transfers to you on payment.
Timeline note:
Investor relations engagements are scoped and billed hourly. Speak to us about your project on the discovery call and we'll give you a clear estimate.

Our Clients Say It Best.
Earnings presentations, quarterly investor update decks, annual reports (slide format), investor day presentations, AGM materials, LP update decks for PE and VC funds, and board packs with investor-facing sections. If it goes in front of your investors, we can build it.
Yes — and it's often the better model for IR teams. We establish the visual framework and narrative structure once, then maintain it across every quarter. You get consistent quality without briefing an agency from scratch every reporting cycle. Retainer pricing is scoped based on your quarterly volume.
We design presentations — but we help you align the messaging between your deck, your earnings call script, and your press release so that investors hear a consistent story across every format. We flag when a slide says something that contradicts or complicates what the press release says.
Yes — and we prefer to. We work within your visual identity system and apply it to the IR context. Your earnings deck should feel like it came from the same design team as your website and marketing materials — not like it was built separately in a spreadsheet.
We sign an NDA before any files are shared. IR materials often contain pre-release financial data and material non-public information — we treat every file accordingly. Your materials are never reused, shared, or referenced for other clients. IP transfers to you fully on payment.
Both. Data visualization is a core part of every IR engagement — we design charts, performance dashboards, and financial tables that communicate clearly without requiring investors to do mental math. We work from the data you provide and make it readable.
Yes. We work with corporate teams across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Remote-first, timezone-flexible. For international clients, we design for the investor audiences you're targeting — which may differ by geography.
