Board Presentation Design
The room reads confidence
before you say a word.
Board meetings exist to make decisions. We build decks that surface the right information in the right order so that by the time you reach the ask, the room is aligned — not still processing slide 6.
Board members read your deck before the meeting. Every slide needs to stand alone — clear enough to be understood without you in the room, rigorous enough to hold up under experienced directors asking hard questions.
Board decks contain sensitive governance information, unreleased financials, and strategic decisions. We treat every file with the discretion that requires — NDA before anything is shared, strict file handling throughout.
Who Is This For
CEO & Executive Teams
If you're presenting to your board on a regular cadence — quarterly performance reviews, strategic updates, annual planning — you need materials that look as capable as the team delivering them.
We work with CEOs, COOs, and CFOs who need their board presentation design to reflect the quality of the team delivering it.
Growth-Stage & PE-Backed Companies
If your board includes PE sponsors, institutional investors, or independent directors with operator backgrounds, the standard of materials they expect reflects what they've seen at portfolio companies across their career.
We work with PE-backed management teams who need their board presentation design to meet the standard their investors expect

The Process
How a project works
Discovery Call
We start with a call to understand the meeting context, the board composition, the key decisions on the table, and what you currently use. Board meetings have hard deadlines — we plan the project backwards from yours.
Narrative Framework
We map the presentation structure: what goes in the pre-read, what gets covered in the room, what decisions need to be framed and when. You review and align before design starts.
Design Rounds
We build the full deck and share it for feedback. You get two structured revision rounds. Board meeting timelines don't move — we deliver on time.
Final Delivery
You receive all formats: PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and PDF. Files are fully editable. IP transfers to you on payment. Your materials are never reused or shared without your explicit permission.
Timeline note:
Board presentation engagements are scoped and billed hourly. Speak to us about your project on the discovery call and we'll give you a clear estimate.

Our Clients Say It Best.
Yes — and we strongly recommend it. The pre-read is read before the meeting, so it needs to stand alone with full context on every slide. The live version is presented with you in the room, so it can be more visual and less text-heavy. We build both as separate documents because they genuinely serve different purposes.
Yes. A significant part of our process is narrative structuring — which means helping you identify what the key decisions are, when in the meeting to introduce them, and how to frame them so the board can engage productively. We're not just designing slides; we're helping you run a more effective meeting.
We design the financial data visualization — performance dashboards, budget vs. actuals, KPI charts, variance analysis. You provide the data; we make it readable. We push back when a chart is misleading or a table is too dense to process in a meeting context.
Yes. Your board materials should look like they belong to the same company as your external communications — not like they were built in a different system. We work within your visual identity and apply it consistently across every slide.
We sign an NDA before any files are shared. Board materials routinely contain unreleased financials, strategic plans, and sensitive governance information — we treat every file accordingly. Nothing is reused, shared, or referenced for other clients. IP transfers to you fully on payment.
Board presentation engagements are scoped and billed hourly — timeline depends on the scope of your project. Tell us your board meeting date on the discovery call and we'll plan around it.
Yes. Our clients include companies with boards across Europe, the Middle East, and the US. We work remotely and across time zones, with structured review sessions at agreed times.
