Senior Graphic Designer

Full timeRemote

About The Role

Next Figures is a design-forward agency specializing in pitch decks, investor presentations, and marketing collateral for startups, founders, and global brands. Our clients walk into boardrooms, investor meetings, and product launches with work that sets the standard. We hold craft to the highest level — and we need someone who does the same.

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who brings precision, creativity, and professional maturity to every project. You’ll own the visual execution of client deliverables end-to-end — from the first brief to the final exported file — working across pitch decks, investor presentations, and high-impact marketing collateral.

This is not a templating role. Every engagement is unique, every client has a story, and your job is to make it impossible to ignore.

What You'll Do

  • Design pitch decks, investor presentations, and board decks from concept to delivery
  • Translate complex narratives into clean, compelling visual systems
  • Build and maintain design consistency across multi-deck client engagements
  • Produce polished, production-ready files in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, and PDF
  • Collaborate closely with strategists and writers to bring briefs to life
  • Manage multiple active projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines
  • Communicate directly and professionally with internal team members and, when needed, clients

What We Require

  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of presentation or deck work
  • Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint — you can build anything, animate anything, and deliver flawlessly
  • Strong command of Google Slides for collaborative, cloud-based delivery
  • Proficiency in Figma for design system work, mockups, and collaborative workflows
  • Adobe Creative Suite is a must — Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign at a professional level
  • Exceptional eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience working within and extending established brand guidelines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — you articulate your design decisions clearly and give and receive feedback with professionalism and confidence
  • Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
